Blood test confrimed I have Blood Level Of 1.5?

I was on my period non stop for about 5 months, now my doctor says it is dangerous for me to fly because of the gravity or something like that and I was meant to go on holiday on 20th July.

Has anybody flown on an airplane with low blood levels??
