Blood On Satans Claw - new dvd

If you know this film you'll likely have the Anchor Bay dvd released a few years back.
Big problem was that is was not anamorphic which was a shock at the time as letterboxed releases were very old hat.

Did you buy the individual disc or get it in the Tigon boxset?

Both discs have at least one bonus item that is not included on the other .
One is missing the Linda Hayden interview.

Anyway , its just been re-released and its on the way and I'm assuming it is anamorphic as its being listed as " remastered widescreen".

1970 is not old in my book.

Its a great film but that depenRAB on the types of films you like.

If your horror faves are Friday the 13th or Hostel type movies then it might not be for you

Its basically a Hammer style film but with a harder edge and stronger violence / more nudity.

Could be compared to Witchfinder General

The new dvd is superb quality although keep your AB discs for the extras
