each day. What is the problem? Hello, i am 16 and have been experiencing problems as mentioned in title. I have been noticing small amounts of blood in my tissue paper for many months and i told my mother but she said to not worry. In the last few months i have got really sharp pains in my butt, usually during or after going to the toilet, but only sometimes. In the last couple weeks though, i've had trouble keeping it in, and i find after each day i find poop in my underwear. I've also experienced extremely painful lower tummy pains throughout my life but i'm not sure if that could have to do anything with it. I'm real worried this might be something serious but i don't know.
