Blood in my urine help!!!!!!!!

Hello Guys

This is my first time on here but im so worried i dont know what else to do
Today went to see my GP because i have had dirrora for like 3 days he took a urine sample and he found blood in it he would not tell me what it could be but the test results come back on monday but i have looked online and it says it could be pregnacy or cancer im so worried could some please tell me if it could me something else.
Please help!!!!!
 
Blood in urine could also be from having kidney stones. Not necessarily cancer. I have been told that I have a miniscule trace of blood in my urine. My doctor looks at the resuts that my gyno had and said I don't have anything to worry about -- the trace amounts could be from anything.

I never had it checked -- my gyno is furious but I prefer to listen to my family primary physician -- if it was something important he would've requested more tests and sent me to a specialist, but he didn't.

Let me know what you results showed. I'm sure it will be nothing more than kidney stones.

well they have said they have found alot of blood but now u have that i have been in pain on lower back so could be but yeah will let u know
just really worried i mean a baby wouldnt be the end of the world but would prefer it to be something that is not serious if you know what i mean
i also feel unwell tired and things
