blood glucose testing?

My sister in law is a hypocondriatic, shes bi polar, has anxiety, panic attacks, obessive compulsive and a few other things. She has a 1 year old son that has been "sick" since the day he was born, she tells me everyday there is something wrong with him..i live 1200 miles from her so I cant physically see him but his pics he looks healthy and the rest of our family say hes fine...she has him at the dr at least 3 times a week, when one dr wont tell her what she wants to hear she will take him to another, she will drive as far as 3 hours away to see a new dr. In the past year hes never been on meds for his "illnesses" Tonight she sent me an IM and asked me what the normal sugar level is because she tested his and it was 180 and then 308 two hours later. What would be the side effects if his levels were that high..I spoke to my other sister in law who lives near by her and she said she was there when she tested him and he was acting normal, playing and everything. Im worried shes hurting him mentally
