Here we are, just a short while away from closing out the decade. It brings upon us a time of reflection, contemplation and lists. Tons and tons of lists and opinion articles. With this being the first decade of animation?rabroad?has fully borne witness to, who are we to deny ourselves the shameless indulgence of revisiting the best and worst moments? It can't be...

A summary of animation in this decade's a good idea, even if I think this decade's been mostly mediocre at best (versus the 90s). The end of broadcast kids' TV, top 25 animated series, and predictions for next decade should be particularly interesting...
 
Well, each Top list had blog crew member volunteer to act as editor for the topic. We all made our best arguments as to why our picks deserved to be on the list. Based on those arguments, the topic editor made the final call. I think it worked out well. There'll be plenty to discuss.
 
While I hope some of my personal favorites from this secade make it on the top 25 I would not be disapointed if they are not. Just because i thought sat TMNT2k3 was one of the best shows of this decade does not mean everyone has to agree.

Oh I'm looking forward to the end of the DCAU one and the anime ones.
