Nemi screaming into the phone made me laugh harder than I've laughed all day. And I just watched three back-to-back episodes of "Phineas and Ferb". Thank you, Mars, for continuing to share Nemi's brilliance with us!

Nemi is pretty good, but, I dunno, I just wish it were more -transgressive-. With all the goth stuff it still seems to rely largely on the kind of safe and stale gags you'd get in your average newspaper comic strip. Also, I read it on an English newspaper site and could barely follow the slang.

Ah yeah, I heard of this comic before. I even saw books of it at a Barnes and Nobles once. It looked pretty cool, it is funny too.

Back when I commuted to Uni, Nemi was one of the few things that made the train journey tolerable. Assuming you could find an abandoned copy of the Metro, that is. I think the 'safe' humour works, since I remember a fair few strips taking offense with goths who try to act hardcore and better than anyone else.
