blocking unwanted "stalker" calls

"stalker situation"
i have cricket service on an lg vx8300. of course, i already just changed my phone nuraber. but.....is there a way i can BLOCK calls and text messages coming into my phone from a SPECIFIC NUrabER??? i already called cricket about this and they don't even offer that capability. any outside way to work about this? any hacks? etc?

many phones support restricting calls in some way directly from the phone. with text messages you might be out of luck.

it should be under security or calls...

if not than try menu/0/000000 and see if theres an option there
