Here's what I do and I vary it a little. I set my call forwarding if busy to another number. That way if someone calls that I do not like, want to talk to, want to stop calling me etc, I reject the call, it goes to the number that I have set to forward to and dumps the jerk in T-mobile's Customer Care queue, My local Denny's, (I hate Denny's) Hooked on Phonics, (remember it's 1-800-ABCDEFG) The rejection/ it could always suck more hot line, a local escort service, etc., etc., etc. Sure it uses call forwarding mins, but hey I get 500 free per month ( as does all T-mo price plans) and it's just fun watching them call back 2 or so more times before they realize it wasn't an accident, and they did not miss dial.
