My son is getting text messages from a blocked number. They show up on his phone as coming from his phone and you can't respond to them. They show up on the monthly bill as coming from 0000000000. How is this possible and how do I stop it?
Text messages from email will sometimes show up on the bill as coming from 000-000-0000. You can block text messages from email on vtext.com in "Text Blocking" under Preferences.
