I bought Mortal Kombat 9 for the xbox 360 on launch date been playing it fine not a problem. Till today my girlfriend accidently knocked over my xbox from its stand while it was playing...Bam circular scratches but its no problem i installed it on the console before hand but i still need it repaired just enough for it be semi readable just to the start screen to allow the installed version to play. The scratches arent that deep ive had it happen before blockbuster fixed it no problem. But i went earlier this evening to get it repaired only to be told by the manager in her exact words "Sorry we only repair disc's for important people now" Okay does she have the right to refuse my service when i got it done there just a month before to my black ops game. I had my friend go in about an hour later asking the same he got the same answer im prett dang sure on the terms and condtions on blockbusters website they say "ALL" customers have to agree to certain terms while getting there disc repaired. I tried calling there contact on there website but it is closed im just wondering if its legal what shes been saying?
Gamestop in my area does not do game repairs i live in Dallas Texas and they said many are stopping that is why i used blockbuster
