Ive finally realised why so many disks get lost in the post.
I put the card the in the wrong way and sealed the blue envelope packet. I thought I'd have to buy a jiffy bag to repost (as i've had secure packaging before where if you try and break the seal the plastic will rip) but the packet easily reopened without tearing.
This makes me think that royal mail are opening disks (as they must have cottoned on that they contain DVD's by now), checking whether its a film they like, and then either keeping it or resealing the pack and sending it back without you or blockbuster being any the wiser.
The reason I am bringing this up is in the last week Ive had 2 titles go missing on the way back to blockbuster, and they have changed the Lost In Post procedure on the site (you now have to wait 9 days instead of 4
), so they must have a very high volume of disks getting lost recently.
Anyways, anyone else have a lot of disks go missing with blockbuster online?
