block numbers on my cell phone?

ok, so i have a Verizon LG Phone and i want to block 2 numbers. is there a way to do that? i already erased the 2 numbers from my contact list but i want to make it so that if they call it doesn't come through. is there a way to do that? sorry..i don't really know how to word this :/
