Block Number

Is it possible with an AT&T Nokia 6030 phone to block an incoming call from a specific number?
 
From what i know its not possible to block just one number from calling you, just a complete ban on incoming calls.
 
I've read the phone review before, I am sure that you can't block incoming call. I've never heard of any phone that capable of doing it as well.
