Bloated stomach and weird behavior from my goldfish.. help?

My fish suddenly have a very bloated stomach, and it hasn't moved from behind my filter for the past 2 days.. I have moved him away from it, and next thing i know, hes right back over there.
It hasn't been with any other fish, so I doubt its pregnant, I was just wondering if maybe he was sick or something.

It sounds as if he might be constipated. If you feed him dry flakes try giving him some blood worms (these should be available from your pet store). These will keep him regular and should be fed to goldfish every couple of days. My goldfish are fed blood worms as well as flakes and some of them are nearly 7 years old.
You may find he's hiding behind the filter because it helps to keep him down. Goldfish with constipation will pop to the top of the water and find to hard to swim around the tank.
