I live in St. Louis. One day, it snows. Not much accumulation, maybe two or three inches.

The next damn day it gets warmer and all of it melts. This weather is really confusing me - I remember we were under a tornado warning back on the 2nd of January, and it was like 71 degrees. :confused:
 
I almost got run over by a snow plow! I was walking on the street and there was no where to go!

Good times.

The only things that sucks about this is that it's gonna all turn to ice by tomorrow. Bleh!
 
While I was shoveling I tried a few times to wave down a plow...all the douches were talking on their phones...

I can't blame them I guess. Those guys apparently make a lot of money. A guy I work with was telling me about someone who went back and forth between four Stop and Shops plowing the parking lot in a snow storm and made thousands of dollars from doing it. Not sure how much truth there is to that, but fuck it sounds awesome.
 
I hate how Stop N Shop is taking over Long Island. Every time I return theres a new stop n shop at a place where a King Kullen or a Waldbaums used to be. They want to build a Stop n Shop at the corner of a block about 500 yards from my house, at an intersection that is already blind and dangerous. Not to mention it will put out of business the small local (on LI) grocery store I've worked at for 4 years in high school. Garrr.
 
thats ok.. here in alaska damn near all the snow melted in just a few days. and its FEBRUARY! but oh well... seen it before, in January i believe.

good news though... it snowed tonight and i got a ski-rack on the way for my car. now I just need enough money to go snowboarding (and hope it doesn't all melt away again:eek: )
