I am becoming familiar with this darn car...lol. I am wondering how to find out of the blend door on my car is actually intact, or has fallen off. The motor is operational, so it is not that. I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, & had a coolant flush. The last two suspects are the blend door, or the heater core. Before the heater core, I want to make sure the blend door is operational. *** When I checked the arm (connecting the motor to the blend door), it moved up & down. No resistance. It did not move "carelessly". Any suggestions on how to identify if the door is actually there? Any suggestions would be great.
