Well, I have tried MANY techniques to lose arm and hand hair but most are extremely frustrating.
When I was younger I hit my head on the floor and my head started to bleed on that spot. Since this accident the hair in that spot has COMPLETELY stopped growing. It remains to be a bald patch.
Do you think if I cut my self on my hand or arm, would the hair stop growing?
PS I AM NOT! Planning on doing this, I am just VERY curious.
