I am bleeding my brakes with my girlfriend and when I started at the rear of the truck like I was told the bleeding process worked great and I got all the mucky fluid and air bubbles out.

When I went to do the front brakes nothing is coming out. While the valve is closed my gf pumps up the brakes and then puts full pressure down on the pedal and I crack open the valve. As I do this nothing comes out and she isn't able to push the brakes all the way to the floor like she could with the rear brakes. The master cylinder is new so I know its nothing to do with that. I have no idea what to try and don't want to go to a mechanic in my town because they all are a rip off and always make up problems that do not exist. Please someone help me or point me in the right direction.

It sounds like the slave cylinder is ceased up in the front brake calliper. You could dismantle the calliper and have a look to see if it slides or not.
