blackpool cycling upcoming events ?

im looking to join some races in blackpool or near blackpool that could get up some sort of ranking (without a team) so i was just wondering if anybody knows of any up come events or somthing, cheers
oh also i do have a racing bike and done a fair amount of training of my own
