Blackberry warranty return. How do I it(Telus)?

My phone(Blackberry Flip) doesn't vibrate when I set it on there. It will for a bit then it will stop and I have to restart my phone and sometimes it will work. How do i get blackberry to send me a new one and then I have to send them my old one. No It is not under insurance since it's new here in Canada and it's very very very terrible.
