blackberry unlock problem

i have blackberry 9550 storm2 its american phone imei starting from 98
my question is can i use this phone in uk
and when itry to unlock this phone when i put mep2 its never ask for codes
can u help me about this
 
i tryed every thing i put new software....when i put sim card its ask me diffrent sim detected and u want put unlock code when i touch on yes....nothing happen just show invalid sim cards
 
Just go to options - advanced options - sim card,
then hit menu key - "show keyboard" - type MEPP2
It should show mep window, type it then press OK
Needs to be restarted to get signal
 
bro this is not soloution any who is in this business khow this thing the problem is this this is not working thats why i ask u any other soloution
 
@Khan0001 if your MEPD results are as follows you need to contact DM3 for a solution . Someone has already attempted to unlock this phone with an incorrect code. On their 10th failed attempt, network changes from 'Active' to 'Blocked'

DM3 is the only solution at this point in time.... GOOGLE IT.

SIM ............................ Disabled
Network ...................... Blocked
Network Subset ............ Disabled
Service Provider ............ Disabled
Corporrate ................... Disabled
