BlackBerry Unlimited w/Enterprise Email?

Hi everyone,
What's the difference between Blackberry Unlimited Service, and BlackBerry Unlimited with Enterprise Email from TMobile? My small company has only a limited number of BB server licenses, and are telling me that T-Mobile's Enterprise Redirector does everything that the Blackberry Enterprise Server does, and possibly more, because ours is old and outdated and there are no plans to update it.
I've had T-mobile's Blackberry Unlimited w/Enterprise Email for a couple weeks and it seems to work just great synching w/outlook (when tethered), deleting emails appropriately, etc. I'm wondering, though, if I would get the same stuff to work with the simple Blackberry Unlimted Service?

I'm wondering further, what I have to do in order to not receive emails on the handset (that I'll just need to delete later) when it is connected to my computer at the office and if not being able to do this is a related issue.

Thanks everyone!

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~from what I understand, the enterprise version gives you the license to acess the corpaorate server and allow you to sync with your exchange or notes server. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. The only difference with the regular bb service is that you can't sync with outlook or notes but if you have web acess to the servers you can set up your account to receive and send emails from the work email, but will not sync the calendar, contacts wirelessly.

Hope this helps
