Blackberry Tour randomly gave me back all the pictures I have ever taken.?

And I can't delete any of them again, which is frustrating, because I deleted them for a reason, right? Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix this? Any ways to prevent it in the future?
Seems like these "smartphones" aren't so smart.
