Blackberry Storm missing browser Icon?

I have looked around online and also tried the

Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Register Now

method and it does not work either. I just got this phone activated with Verizon.

From the home screen, press the Blackberry button to show all the icons. Then press it again and select Show All.
