Personally i don't like Blackberry's because they don't have good memory! Don't have good photo quality and are bulky.
So touch screen is always a winner for me, because there is so many touch screen phones on the market now and have the best features you can ask for.

I prefer Blackberry over touch screens. My previous phone was a touch screen and honestly, it was more hassle than it was worth. It was neat to touch the keys and feel a vibration in my finger but the novelty soon wore off. Making a phone call usually left me pressing keys while looking at the phone rather than dialing by memory.

Since I went to my Blackberry, I have had no issues. The Blackberry is also one of the sturdiest phones I have ever owned. I already dropped water on it twice and it fell out of my pocket while jogging (on concrete) and only minor scratches appeared on the corners. The phone is awesome, plus there are a lot of apps available for them.

I have had a touch phone for quite a while they are hard to get use too but are all the rage now. personally i like to have actual buttons but with all of the apps coming out for the android and iPhone it seems to me that touch screens are going to be here for a long time. black berry's are great for work related operations but if your into apps, music or even development the iphone or android is the way to go. or you could always wait for the windows 7 phone to come out.
