Blackberry in cal mode or test mode

I think some time blackberry phone do not catch os when phone in cal mode , so batter out cal mode 1st by typeing start

Done by this theory> When you type "START" type with holding A(capslock) then type "ATAET" that means start

Problem solved, i press only Q-T-Q-E-T when i have the azerty keyboard.

I was tring to flash 8310 but in the meddel got error now fone is sayes type start i followed ur instrection but no success "for R hold & type E button >
i m confused here at 8310 there is no " & " button it has @ but there is no " & " so could u help m e
