i have a blackberry 8320 when ever someone call they hear them self echoing can anyone help me out

sir i got blackberry 9500 not charging.i check conectivity of charging jeck its ok but behind t charging jack there is some part missing probably its diod or rather resister.i think some one had tried to fix it before.so therefore i need diagram or rather some hardware tips to fix it.yhanks .

I have a BB 8300 Curve. The problem is that epople on the other side of call here me very low. Can you let me know how to replace the Mic if at all possible.

Are there any setting for increasing the volume? I have no problems in hearing people.
