Blackberry for verizon help?

I have a BB storm from Verizon and its working perfectly.. as some might know the BB storm from verizon comes with a SIM card... Can i use this sim card on an unlocked phone ?
or better yet; Can i activate verizon network on a unloacked phone
PLEASE NOTE.. the unlocked phone only has the IMEI number and does not have the MEID OR ESN numbers
