first u need to make sure that ur msn(serial number) is on ur acct. if its not on the acct that can cause u to lose icons and functionality. basically what u will need to do is call in and speak with blackberry support probably tier 2 unless they have trained tier 1 on how to fix the issue.. its something with the service books i cant remember how to fix it sorry.

ohkay so i just got my black Saturday and the little app or whatever disappeared for the mms and sms on my phone and i have to use the mail app now how do i get the mms and sms app back?!?

ps: is there anything else i need to know about the phone
