I have a BES server version 4.1.4, there is a single user on a 8310 that is not able to sync up with the account. I have attempted to reactivate the account but it just hangs at activating the e-mail, and eventually fails. No other user is experiencing problems with mail sync only this one phone. The 8310 has other personal accounts that are on the phone, and we are getting mail from those accounts. Any help would be appreciated.
