Blackberry curve 8520 pay as you go vodafone internet problem, please help..?

i got this new blackberry 8520, am using vodafone pay as you go sim card, i dont seem to go on vodafone live, basically (internet nor wi-fi connection), can some one help? it says unable to connect and i should contact my service provider, i tried ringin vodafone and they says i should contact blackberry, i did and they says i should contact vodafone.. am confused, plz help

So many have problems with Vodafone so why not change to a more social one and even keep your fone number- there are many who will not rip you off.

Exactly the same problem with me!!! (am also using vodafone pay as you go).
It's nice to know I'm not the only person needing help with this; am interested to see how to solve it
