Recently, I lost my BB Bold, but through the insurance, I got sent another.
However, when I phoned to activate my new sim, I got told to text wifi to 2121 to activate wifi. I have done this and I got a reply saying 'internet will be enabled on this device within one hour'. That was 12+ hours ago, and I still have no internet. None of my friends have ever had this problem, and, in the past, nor have I.
I would be very grateful if anyone could resolve this, as using the internet on my phone is kind of vital. How else am I supposed to use twitter and facebook in school?
