Blackberry Bold battery is empty and would not turn back

Hello everyone, I have a blackberry Bold 9000, was operated on and normal, but downloaded a while longer on my desk, strange that when I wanted to use would not turn, began to charge the battery and during break just flashes a red light but does not turn on the phone, any recommendations? worth mentioning that when connected to usb the pc does not detect it.

tps62356 located near the power management ic (PMIC) tps65850. just at ke left below corner. in the middle of 2 coil. u can see small black square ic with code tps62356 on it.
