I'm on a 3 year plan with Rogers. I'm about a year and 4 months into my contract, however the last six months I've been experiencing problems with the track ball. It can no longer move up and to the left. I've been into two different Roger's stores and they told me to call RIM. But I honestly don't want to send my phone away for two weeks to get fixed and pay for a mediocre replacement. Today however, my phone shut off randomly and won't turn on. I tried charging it, taking the battery out, but it won't turn on anymore. What should I do ? Will Roger's give me a new phone or am I going to have to contact RIM
