BlackBerry 9520 IMEI help please

hello guys
pleas bear whit me i'm a really new when it comes to phones
(apologies in advance for all the hassle )

i just bought a second hand BB 9520 (storm 2)
it wont except any sim eventho its on the same network
what i figured out after looking it up is that its IMEI has been blocked

i got myself and RadioLab Tools , MFI MultiLouder and a set of instructions

but i cant seem to get MML to wouk (i well eventualy )

but but the biger problems is i dont know what to change it to

my current IMEI is : 356297030898482 if that helps anyone

if anyone could help im i would be really really greatfull

One, its illegel to change the imei, (its blocked for a reason)

Two, you cant change the imei on that phone with any tool, free or paid.
 
FYI

MFI and radiolab with only work on older model blackberry like the 87XX and 81XX 88XX and 83XX. You can use that on GSM if you are in the US you can use it in AT&T or T-Mobile just simple unlock the phone and insert your simcard its just easy like abc.123
