blackberry 9000 charging problem

this is the 3rd time when i noticed this problem specially in blackberry 9000
whenever berry fully discharged it cant be charge with chaeger i have to bust up bettery saprately and after that it will take charging and works fine.
i have tried flash update but nothing happened
anybody please help me what to d0

"cmos battery" is a small round botton, silver color attatched to the panel of your bb phone. just remove it !
