BlackBerry 7130 vs. Treo 700w (on VZW)?

Hi -
Subject says it all: I'd like to find a single device to support phone, email, and basic PDA functions. Must support EVDO for internet connectivity, and full sync support for MS Exchange (not just email, but also calendar, contacts, notes, etc.). GPS nav would be very nice to have, as would tethering to allow EVDO access from my laptop.

I've never owned a BB before, but currently have an iPaq PocketPC (no phone) so am pretty comfortable with the Micro$oft operating system.

Any and all opinions welcome - the Treo 700w should be available on Thursday 1/5, so I need to decide quickly which way to go!

Currently, you can only legally tether the 7130e for an extra $15 a month. There are threads over in the Verizon forum that talk of the horrors of people who have been caught doing this without the plan.
