Black & white flashes?

Every once in a while, I will see black & white, as if i were colorblind, for a few seconds, it's not for a long time, it's sorta just a flash, & then it goes back to normal,

I have astigmatism, far sighted in one eye, near sighted in another, & i have double vision.
