black spot

i had a thick hair (nail??) growing from my back, i pulled it out and coluple of weeks later a had another one darker this time i got it out. again a few weeks later i checked back and it looked like a black head so i squeed but nothing came out...i damaged the skin trying to get to it and after the scab i can still see i black spot under the skin and it now feels like a bump.....should i be worried???
 
The hair may be ingrown. Wait a while and it will probably come up into a thing you can pop and drain. If it keeps bothering you, you may need to have it properly removed by a dermatologist.
