I've just seen an ad on TV for this. It's coming out at the cinema next week, I think.

I downloaded this about 2-3 months ago.....thought it looked really silly but watched it anyway.

It IS silly, and cheap and not really terrifying - but it's also very funny :D

I didn't know anything about it when I downloaded it (other that it was about demonic sheep), and thought it was just another 'B horror movie' type of thing.....but I think if you do watch it, you have to know to not take it seriously.

If you watch it knowing it's going to be silly and fun, then you'll probably really enjoy it :D
 
Yeah, don't think I'd be expecting anything either particularly deep and intelligent or something really moody and scary. Looks like it'd be a good laugh. I'll probably download it though. Don't think I'd pay money to see it.

It kinda reminded me a bit of Monster Man.......It was trying to be serious in bits but was just all about good old fashioned gore and who gets the worse killing. Also loved the cameos by Candyman Tony Todd and Freddy Robert Englund.

Classic. I am looking forward to Black Sheep this weekend too, only if I can persuade my fiance to sit through more cheesy horror!
 
i watched this and REALLY wanted to like it but...

the acting was just too bad i thought, especially the irritating hippy chick. it ruined it for me

i saw hatchet too and from all the hype thought it would at least be scary but it wasn't at all :(
 
I went to see Black Sheep with my mates last night. It was really good and reminded me of Bad taste and Braindead. It was good to see a good comedy horror with proper effects in it rather than lots of CGI but I was just suprised it was a 15 as it was quite gory!
 
I have to say that I really enjoyed this film.

It was somewhat surreal, but I thought very funny - witty humour, that you just don't get in Hollywood blockbusters.

The acting, for me, was decent - underrated New Zealand talent.

This sort of surreal comedy is probably amongst my favourite genres. Anyone seen "Les Visiteurs" (the French original of "Just Visiting" - much better than the re-hash)? That was similarly surreal but hilarious as this film.
 
It was so bad it was good

Best line in the whole film -

"You can't kill the sheep, its my genetics, it's your genetics"

"F*cker"

"It was actually more of a semen sample"

"W*nker!"
 
I also quite liked the part where the sheep are heading for them on the moutain -

"Run!!"

"What about the sheep?"

F**k the sheep!"

"No time for that bro - run!"

Simple things! :D
 
I'm the only one who thought it was humourless tosh then

Tried so hard to be funny but just made me cringe. A total waste of time. I would say don't bother, go see something else.
