Black people names can be very weird .. ?

Not all but most , at least that I know ! Like Jahzelle and Ja'Mesha and Rae'Easha so on . And when ever you hear a person pretending to be ghetto they pick a funny name like Shananay from Shane Dawson . But why is there some reason or meaning , and they can be different but why in that way cant they just use a name that's unique but not extreme . Im not trying to be racist and im truly sorry if this offends any one but I just want to know why .
Yeah my names unique to its not very often you meet a kierra ? But its not Way out there . But i know some in real like .
*real life named kierra but spelled with an h at the end like Kierrah
 
its better than having a name so simple that everyone and i mean everyone has it.maybe you dont like them, and theres nothing wrong with that, but maybe they like to stand out, maybe what they like or think of a pretty isnt what you think. do you think people from foreign places like japan or africa have wierd names too, just because they have their own culture?
