what are you current likes and dislikes about black and biracial peoples in the media? (books, television, movies, etc.) are they typically someone you can identify with? what would you change if you could? what are some of your likes/dislikes? what makes a character seem token, and what makes a character feel genuine? what are some accurate and inaccurate (in your opinion) representations of blacks/black life in the media? i'm asking this out of genuine curiousity, and because recently on yahoo answers i've been noticing a lot of race discussions i was always kind of oblivious to before. thank you
