Black people commit more crime per person: FACT. Why do you think this is?

Circumstance? In-built? This is not racist so don't come back at me with a load of BS, the statistics prove blacks have a higher liklihood of commiting a crime, why are they generally more violent etc?

Eg 8% of Americans are black yet 60% of rape is commited by blacks....scary huh!
 
Back up your "facts" with some sources if you want to be taken seriously.

And I think you'll find that poor people commit more crimes per person, and more black people happen to be poor.
