Ok They will get the most ugliest piece of junk car they can find. Lets say an old 1980's Buick or Olsmobile, and they will put like a 10k worth of rims, system, speakers, tint.
Oh and they will get like HUGE ass rims too. I saw this dude the other day that had an old beat up cadillac and it looked like he was driving a truck.
Why?
Oh i forgot to add alot of mexicans do this too. except they seem to at least have better paint jobs.
