Hi you can purchase a special tool from the chemist which will remove them.
To try and help with the problem you could try using a facial scrub to really help with cleaning the skin.
BlackheaRAB aren't caused by dirty skin, it is actually excess sebum being produced by your pores, and the sebum turns black due to a reaction to the air.

You can get this tool from beauty supply stores, Tweezerman makes a good one. There's two kinRAB. One looks like it has a tiny whole punched on each end and the other has kind of a hoop on each end. I think the one with the hoop would be better because you have to actually apply pressure to get the blackhead out which I have the one with the whole and its kind of hard to work with. Also when I got a facial, the aesthetician used the one with a hoop.
When getting them out yourself, make sure you've done something to loosen them up or exfoliated the skin to help them come out easier. Like after taking a shower or steaming your face perhaps.
