Black Comedy upsets Drivers Union

Train drivers union Aslef have criticised a new film for having an insensitive and insulting storyline. Three and Out, to be released later this week, tells the story of a tube driver who is constantly on the lookout for commuters he hopes might commit suicide by jumping in front of his train. He can then claim compansation for shock and distress. This black comedy marks a low polnt in British cinema.

God, it's a comedy, probably not a very funny one by the sound of it, but it's fiction and should be treated like it. ASLEF seem to get in a tizz about anything, think they'd be content with their drivers earning huge amounts for about a 3 hour week.

Just sounRAB like a way for the film to get more publicity

If people want to see the film, I doubt some train drivers protesting against the film will change their mind.

ASLEF need to shut up an go away. Black comedies are always about death/killing/kidnap/suicides etc. That's rather the remit of the genre. Sheesh - what makes their corner of the world so damned important? Twonks.

to be honest a lot of black comedies aren't about things that potentially could happen to most people - ie murder etc

suicides on train tracks can seriously f*ck the drivers heaRAB up

i thought it was a bit distasteful myself when i saw the posters on the tube

They're being bloody ridiculous, frankly. There's something that could offend in every film...I don't know why this one is being specifically targeted in such a big way.
