I have a Blackberry 9700 sends ok but email service and massenger BB is not working AND the knowledge that Mark BlackBerry not appear near the top of the mobile 3 G

IS there a solution please

dont update

downgrade it with version 344 or 330


it will solve all your problems

Do not DOWNGRADE! False information.

Try these instead:

-Options, Advanced, Host Routing Table, Register Now
-Resend your service books
-Battery pull
-Make sure your provider's 3G bands are compatible with your 9700. NOT ALL 9700s have the same 3G bands. Example: An AT&T 9700 will NOT get 3G service on T-Mobile.
