Black Berry 9700 camera Problem any solution???

I have a Black Berry 9700 and its camera not fuctioning when i press camera icon lcd becomes black and does not appear any thing.......


Any solution with software or its hardware problem

May be sometimes it help , but for me not work . Still message : Camera not work . Close another application
