Yeah docspedia has been down for the past couple of days now though i can connect to the tracker. Ozone-T oth is down as well as its tracker.

What about trying to access via IP?

Disable PeerBlock or similar apps if you use any, also. It could happen that iTS's IP ended up in one of their blocklists for whatever reason.

for bhq, this was offered to me by another user and worked (but i had to delete spybot search and destroy to do it, since it sets hosts file to read-only)

Just edit your host file by adding the line:

96.45.180.130 www.bithq.org

Windows path:
c:\windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

Not sure what that's suppose to do since it seem like BitHQ is down because their server is down.

No official word as to the reason or even status that I could find, but yes, Demonoid is down.
